This is not a 5* hotel. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights but one of the rooms was double booked. First the told us that Booking.com was aware of this but Booking.com denied this. Also the matras of one ...

Reviewed on 17 May 2021This is a great hotel, I highly recommend it for your stays. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were very spacious and comfy, beautiful spacious bathroom! And swimming pool was a nice bonus for us.
Air conditioning was not functioning properly in one of the rooms - so the room was really hot. The housekeeping was constantly forgetting to upkeep the room properly, towels and water bottles were .....
Lovely option for Vologda
Reviewed on 07 Mar 2020Nice hotel with good (yet relatively small spa), good breakfast and friendly staff. We found the mansard room too dark and upgraded to a normal one for a fair fee.
They allow people from the outside to the spa zone, and we noticed those ladies drinking cognac in the morning in spa area - this is unacceptable, if you ask me.
